The terms and conditions listed below apply to your use of the items and your purchase of them. Please take time to carefully read them. They have no bearing on your statutory rights. We reserve the right to alter any information at any moment, including prices.
The size and layout of your engraving will be done based on the size of the text/name. We may optimise your text layout dependant on the item or text required. Any adjustments made will be done to make the finished product look as good as it can. Any specific requirements regarding layout of text which cannot be express with the visualiser software, please contact us prior to your purchase. In the event of an engraving typographical error on our behalf, items will be replaced immediately on evidence of the error, we may require the item to be returned in which case we will supply a pre-paid label. It is important to ensure engraving instructions are left accurately as any errors made on your behalf may not be replaced.
We disclaim all liability for any things that are not received if any of the information you provided us with regarding your delivery address is inaccurate.
We may refuse to accept your order on following conditions
1- If delivery of your order is outside of the UK
2- If your order contains content that is threatening, defamatory, indecent, offensive, abusive, likely to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, scandalous, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy, or that could trouble others.
3- If your payment is unauthorised
4- If the ordered item is unavailable
