exceptions to Return and Exchange
regretfully, you will not be able to return the items in the following situations:

if the good is customised and personalised

if Reasonable care of the good has not been taken and and has not been returned with the original packaging

If you have made a spelling error

Upon your request, if we have transliterated to Arabic appropriately and you do not agree with it
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

We will gladly replace the item and send it back to you as soon as possible, free of charge, if you return an item because we made an engraving error.

At DecorateIt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy except for customised items. You may return your item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and they will assist you with the process.
